5 out of 5 starsGigi is amazing. She helped me navigate the process of getting my sweet Bear's nose done. He died from stomach cancer and so I didn't have time to wait to get the materials. She guided me on what to purchase and how to get the imprint made. The piece she made (keychain) is marvelous. I carry my boy with me every day; in my heart and mind - but because of her artistry, I also have a physical memento! This item and Gigi didn't only meet my expectations, they exceeded them!

5 out of 5 starsGigi is amazing. She is prompt,professional, and a great communicator. I wanted a pendant and had light hand/foot prints. Gigi worked on it and help me create a memorial piece. I am so grateful for her empathy as I emailed other vendors who did not have the decency of even responding, I almost lost hope but then Gigi helped me out. I am so happy with the service and product. Definitely my favorite vendor. Thank you Gigi and keep up the good work.
